My wife and I are very satisfied with the work Roger did on our ensuite bathroom. From beginning to end, the communication with Roger was excellent. He gave us some great advice on what tile, fixtures and vanity would work in the small space. The project was completed without any issues at all, on time and on budget. We are now thinking up more projects for Roger to work on.

What started with a slow leaking toilet turned into a powder room redo. Being new to this type of process I needed some guidance and "creative solutions". Roger exceeded my expectations. He was readily available to phone calls and emails both before and after I selected his quote. His quote was thorough and he delivered in workmanship and timeline. Both my plumbing and walls were a bit unusual and Roger had a solution. I was able to keep the existing cabinet out of the landfill and Roger arranged for and installed a beautiful custom stone countertop. Great experience going through this reno! Roger and his team were attentive, knowledgeable and courteous. We decided to go with CRS because Roger was responsive, answered all our questions and gave us good suggestions to help us figure out the best plan for our project. We have been delighted with the work that Roger (often accompanied by his son, Isaac) have done in our Oakville home over the past 2 years. I was one of CRS's earlier customers when I had my ensuite, main bathroom and powder room renovated by Roger and team in 2004. I have used CRS ever since on a subsequent home and now my current home. Their work ethic and attention to detail is unmatched in today's contractors. I currently hired Roger to complete a master ensuite. The final product is absolutely fabulous!! Roger and his team have always done my renovations. They completely renovated my previous house top to bottom and the transformation was remarkable.

Having moved to a 2 bedroom condo the renovations were much less extensive.Roger and Issac installed 8 light fixtures. Not only that but Roger advised me on some of my selections and even ordered some of them for me. They installed a kitchen faucet and hung some pictures. In the bathroom a glass door was installed on the shower stall as was a permanent shower caddy.

Roger is a fantastic contractor, very knowledgeable and helpful, No matter how big or small the renovation is Roger and Creative Remodeling Solutions gives 100% to make everything perfect.

Roger and The CRS Team remodelled our ensuite bathroom beautifully in the autumn of last year. We were going to wait a while before renovating the main bathroom. One day, the shower valve handle in the other main bathroom broke awkwardly along the shaft . There seemed to be no way to get replacement parts for this situation. We thought we would have to break tiles or go through the linen closet to replace the welded-in valve.

I called Roger. He responded very promptly even though it wasn’t an emergency. His analysis of the situation and recognizing that the valve cartridge could be replaced without tampering with the body saved us hundreds to thousands of dollars in repair work (depending if we were replacing or renovating). He expeditiously picked up the right component and installed it for us. Thank you so much, Roger!

Roger’s group did an amazing job on our bathroom. He was very communicative and supportive during all portions of the project. There were some unforeseen delays that were not really CRS’s fault, but Roger did his best to mitigate the delays. CRS installed 4 ceiling fans in our upstairs bedrooms. He was very knowledgeable of the restrictions, etc. The fans have definitely come in use this summer and have worked perfectly. There is no shaking, noises, etc. They were installed very securely. As well, Roger kept us updated on the progress and was very courteous. Selecting Roger and his crew was one of my decisions that really panned out for the better. When selecting a contractor, I really wanted someone who could communicate, who can provide feedback and ideas, but not insult or dismiss my suggestions. Roger came in a little higher than another contractor in the running but it was his courteous customer service skils that won him the job. We renovated a 25 year old ensuit bathroom that included demolition and removal of a bathtub and vanity and a installation of a stand up shower and tiles. In addition, his crew expanded my bedroom closet to a walk in closet. The crew was pressed for time, as they had our move-in date to meet as well as work with the painters that we hired, but they completed everything on time just the way we expected it. I already have people who have seen his work at my house looking to hire him and I have no problems in promoting his services – it is really hard to find good customer service so when I do, I pay it forward without hesitation.

I found the company on the Handy Canadian website and was wooed by the professional layout of their website and the complimentary customer reviews. We had purchased the components and fixtures for our bathroom renovation because having planned the renovation for some time, we had very specific ideas as to what we wanted. In March 2011 I hired Roger from Creative Remodeling Solutions to remodel my main floor bathroom and to re-tile my front hallway. Roger provided a full service from beginning to end – he helped me with design options, product selections of tiles, lighting and fixtures. He also went with me to stores where he obviously had strong business relationships and I was able to take advantage of his special pricing arrangements. I saved a significant amount of money as a result of this.

I have used other contractors in the past but Roger’s service stands out – the full service agreement outlines everything he and has team will do, and the costs, and timelines. Roger was amazing to say the least. I had called several contractors for a particular job (mounting to the tub-glass sliding shower doors). 4 contractors declined to even get started. Roger at Creative Remodeling Solutions repaired the shower in our master bathroom and did an excellent job! Where other contractors had talked of ripping out the whole shower and replacing it to the tune of thousands of dollars, Roger came up with a much more inexpensive and yet just as effective solution and completed the repair in one day.
